Event Information
The Mad March Hare Sportive is a mini-sportive which is intended as a warm-up for riders that are preparing for the longer and harder
sportives throughout the Summer.

Accomodation
The Limes Country Lodge is situated 400 yards away from the shop and HQ. We have secured a special
rate of £65 B&B based on double occupancy in each of their rooms. Contact them direct to book.
Entry
The Entry Fee for this event is £10.00 for Pre-entry and £12.00 EOL. Postal entries will not be accepted and Riders accept the Terms & Conditions
of the event. Online Entries will close on Saturday 28th February at 12.00pm.
Headquarters
The HQ for the event is Cult Racing Cycles, Poolhead Lane, Earlswood.. For a map click here.
Parking
There is plenty of offroad parking at the HQ. If you do park on the road, please do not obsruct
any of our neighbours' driveways or the highway itself please.
Start Times
Riders can start at anytime between 8.00am and 9.30am, simply report to the registration desk, log your start time and away you go. To receive a
finishing time, report to the desk again on your return. Groups no bigger than 20 riders will be allowed to start at any one time with a minimum
of 2 mins between groups. Times will be published on this website within 24hrs of the event.
Signage
The route is quiet and safe and will be fully signed so no rider should get lost. As a backup, riders are advised to take
a route sheet which also has emergency numbers on it. The course features some long stretches of road where you won't encounter junctions. We will put
up 'comfort' signs on these longer legs of the course.
Feed Station
This will be located after half-distance, location tbc. It will have food and drinks available for riders aswell as limited spares and a pump.
Bike Clean
For 2010 we're introducing a bike cleaning service for riders. Why not let us clean your bike
for you while you munch on your bacon roll after your ride so you don't have to do it when you get home. We'll
clean and dry your bike and lube your transmission for £5.00. To order a bike clean, select the option
when entering the event.
Mechanical Assistance
Our shop mechanic will be on-hand before and after the event to take care of any problems you
may have.
Event Photographer
There will be an official Event Photographer attending the event (sportivephoto.com). Photos will be made available ASAP after the event.
Broom Wagon, Mechanicals, First Aid
There will be NO BROOM WAGON for this event. Limited Spares, Tools and a Track Pump will be available at the Feed Station. There will
be a First Aid Kit and qualified First-Aider at the HQ. Your route sheet will have emergency
numbers to call in case of any problems.
